Terms & Conditions

The name of BOARDRIDERCAMPS shall hereinafter be refered to as BRC

Payment Conditions
The reservation will only be effective once the prepayment is received !

Cancellation
For administrative reasons, there will be no refund on reservation fees/prepayment.
In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will be valid during the following 12 months at the same resort.

Refunds
If the full payment has been done before the trip,you will profit of following refunds:
- 30 days or more prior to arrival: 80 % refund
- 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50 % refund
- 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 25% refund
- 6 to 1 day prior to arrival: no refund

Cancellation by BRC
In case of a “force majeure”, political unrest, strike or non-fulfilment of the minimum number of participanrs, BRC reserves the right to cancel the trip. In this case, clients are entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Further claims for compensation are excluded.

Mandatory Insurance
Accident, sickness, return trip, and cancellation insurances are highly recommanded for participants. We also advise you to purchase luggage insurance.

Price Changes
BRC reserves the right to adjust its prices under certain circumstances (e.g. newly introduced or increased fees, government-encates price rises, exchange where the difference exceeds 10%).

Immigration and Health Regulations
It's the participants responsibility for all necessary travel preparation (passport, visa, vaccination). Regulations may vary depending on nationality. For futher details please get in c ontact with the consulate or embassy.

Risk
It is the participants responsibility to choose carefully a trip that is in full confomity with her/his state of health and physical conditions. Participants bear the full responsibility for accidents, loss inflicted on themselves or third parties or fatal accidents.
